New Discovery State Park is within Groton State Forest and includes 47 tent/trailer sites, 14 lean-tos, remote camping on Osmore Pond (only reachable by boat or on foot), and a pic-nic shelter for group rentals. This is one of two state parks that allow horse camping; call for details. Located 5 miles south of US Route 2 on VT Route 232.
